Davor Bakara was born in Stuttgart, Germany. He studied at The Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart Graphic Design and Illustration under Prof. Heinz Edelmann and Prof. Niklaus Troxler. In 1999 he finished his studies successfully with a MFA in Illustration and Design (Diplom Designer). He was one of the founders, artists, copywriters and editors of the legendary magazine “Moga Mobo”. After a five year period in Germany’s capital Berlin he lives in Stuttgart again since 2005. He works in illustration fields as editorial, conceptual, advertising, portraiture, collage, sequential art and more. He collaborates with magazines, newspapers, advertising agencies, publishing houses, companies and institutions. His work was also published in Design Magazines as Encore, Designers Digest and Page. He teaches and gives workshops about Illustration and Sequential Art and his language abilities include German, English, Croatian and basics of French.

in Stuttgart ggü. vom Hauptbahnhof, Heilbronner Str. 7Die Mieter des H7 öffnen ihre Türen von 14 bis 18 Uhr und informieren über sich und ihre Arbeit. Das H7 ist Firmensitz von 85 Unternehmen mit mehr als 200 Arbeitsplätzen im Bereich Musik, Grafik, IT, Film, Mode, Design und Architektur. Präsentiert werden innovative Firmenideen, es gibt unter anderem eine Modenschau, eine BMX –Vorführung, Tanzeinlagen, ein Tischkickerturnier, Filmvorführungen, einen T-Shirt-Contest und vieles mehr. Auf dem Balkon des ehemaligen OB Zimmers gibt es schwäbischen Leckereien. Der Eintritt ist selbstverständlich frei.

Diese Kombination ist neu in der Region und bietet Nachwuchskünstlern die Möglichkeit ihre Werke in einer zentralen Lage auszustellen. "P.quadrat" freut sich jederzeit über kunstinteressierte Besucher und neue Projekte für die Werbeagentur.
